In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, Please contact us for return products claims within 10 days after receiving your products. email us at [email protected] and include your order number, description and photo of the item’s condition. We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges due to customer changed of mind.Your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim and notify you of the claim status.If any of the claims are approved, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item , a non-transferable merchandise credit, a refund or another solution that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
